Founder and Director
Danielle is the Director of Dorcas Inclusive Education Consultancy LTD and Senior Lecturer in Teaching and Learning at Kingston University within The Learning and Teaching Enhancement Centre. Her background is in Teacher Education with over 20 years-experience in which she has held a number of academic and professional services roles in Further and Higher Education.

Professor George Caird
Associate Consultant
George Caird has combined a career as an oboist, teacher and researcher with fulfilling senior roles at the Royal Academy of Music, Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, Codarts Rotterdam and Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. He has always demonstrated a commitment to fostering equality and diversity in all the institutions
Dr Tânia Dias Fonseca
Associate Trainer
Tânia is a senior lecturer in Learning and Teaching at Kingston University. She was a secondary school teacher, educational project leader, and teacher trainer for more than 15 years. Her research interests lie at the intersection between education, teacher training and social justice. Her focus throughout her career has been on how educational institutions can empower students to participate in decision-making on social, scientific, and political issues. She has acted as a consultant for the European Union and other European institutions supporting educational policy-makers on democratic education, citizenship, and equity in STEM teacher training.
Rebekah Ellis
Digital Content Manager
Rebekah is a Digital Content Editor at London School of Hygiene and Medicine and previously worked at Kingston University as an Inclusive Curriculum Assistant. She gained a degree in Illustration Animation at Kingston University and is currently taking online classes in UX Design and Motion.
Chantal Victoria Bright
Research Manager
Chantal has experience working as a researcher and project manager in academia where she has led a project to close the academic achievement gap between white and non-white students, particularly looking at Black and Asian groups. She also provides research to understand the impact of the lack of diversity in product creation and services powered by tech.
Chantal is pursuing a PhD in Geography and her research sits at the nexus of water security, peace and fragility in Liberia from an African ecofeminist perspective at the University of Manchester (United Kingdom). She holds a master’s degree in Environmental Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree in English and Political Science (dual course) from Seton Hall University. She is the author of the Janjay children's book series on clean water sanitation set in Liberia.
